  • This screen will reset the password using the given information.
  • All fields should be correct/validated with each other.

  1. Key in the required user information.
    • Remark: Detail of Personal ID/Employee No.
    • Toyota User: Employee ID
    • Dealer/Others: Citizen ID
  2. SC2 will send an email containing the temporary password.
  3. Login in to SC2 using the temporary password.
  4. SC2 will display Change Password screen. User need to input new password. (A reuse of the same password must be prohibited for a minimum of the next three (3) consecutive password changes).
  5. After changing the password, SC2 will display the System Menu screen.
